Insurance Agent: Ty Rutherford

I landed my first post-college job as a customer service representative for a local insurance agency in 1990. I chose this profession because I enjoy talking to and working with people. Little did I realize, that it would grow into a profession that I hope will be a lifelong endeavor.

My desire is to develop a relationship with my clients based upon mutual respect and trust. I was taught early in my career to provide an honest assessment of any given situation. With this foundation in mind, I strive to help my clients make informed decisions regarding their insurance portfolio.

I am involved in a variety of leadership roles at Whitewater Church in Puyallup.  

I am a huge Seahawks fan and a sports fan in general. I love sharing the outdoors with friends and family, through activities like fishing, camping, hunting, hiking, kayaking and golfing.
