My favorite destinations I traveled to are always changing. I would have to say my top 3 are New Zealand - the incredibly diverse and unspoiled scenery. The people, "Kiwis," as the locals are called, are the nicest people you will ever meet. Abel Tasman is the most beautiful place I have kayaked and hiked. River cruising in Europe - I liked that we could do as much or as little as we wanted. We discovered more about the people, culture, history and cuisine at every stop compared to when we have done Europe on our own. Israel - I was amazed by the diverse scenery and beautiful landscapes. Even if you take away the fact that it's the birthplace of Western religion, as well as all of the politics and economics in the region, you still have a place where the wine flows, beautiful beaches and a culinary scene that is tough to beat.
